For shared use: natural state property 1'500 m2 with pond. Private: natural state property 500 m2 with orchard. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Available: boat. Motor boat (Local agreement). Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 7 km, supermarket 20 km, railway station "Norrköping" 35 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 43 km, sandy beach 250 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Property ref. SE1953.605.1 is situated on the same property.
