“C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! ”

“Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.”

“Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is……
