"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

Wonderful people working there, especially Julio at the front door and Ivan in the restaurants. Our room was fantastic. My only nit is the daily housekeeping was only so-so."
