"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. "Booked a room with one single bed on expedia, upon checking in i was told the room has two separate beds, and i had to pay some 30€ extra for a room with double bed, which i did, when i checked into the room i found two beds joined together., i could have done the same myself with the first room. It was a cheap move from the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, tge room was clean, quiet, specious, and the hotel was very well located meters away from the shopping scene."
