I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was the first time I’ve ever paid for a room without a window. It was honestly pretty odd and not at all what I expected. The room felt closed‑in and disconnected from the outside, and it definitely changed the overall experience. For the price, I assumed every room would have at least some natural light, so it was surprising to end up in a space that felt more like an interior storage room than a guest room. The rest of the property was fine, but the windowless room really affected the stay. I wish this had been made clearer when booking.

Very nice hotel! Super clean and the suite was perfect for our family

Bed sheets had holes. Room door had light from the hallway shining through the door jam. Shower curtain look to haven't been changed out. Dirty and stain. Did not shower. Stairs to the second floor was ripped and looked unfinished.

Clean, spacious, wonder breakfast, and the friendliest front desk. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very noisy due to the freeway traffic and limited noise reduction constitution. We would only stay again if our room was not on the freeway side.
