“The property was beautifully kept and very easy communication with the owner. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Fergus area. ”

“It was a nice, clean, tidy apartment space. Welcoming note and instructions on the bed when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to communicate with owners who live above . I'm a non-smoker, and there was a faint but constant smoke smell, which made it hard for me to sleep at night. Otherwise it is a perfectly lovely abode.”

“We had a lovely stay overall. If you’re looking to get away from the city for a night or two and spend some time surrounded by nature, this is a great spot. Being right beside the cornfields made it feel very peaceful and relaxing, and it was exactly the kind of quiet escape we were looking for. The bunkie was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The hosts had clearly thought of the little details—there were plenty of BBQ supplies, games, and other essentials, so we never felt like……

“Comfortable and clean inside, centrally located. But there was garbage and diapers strewn across the lawn. Perhaps the owner could check the property prior to check-ins, as it seemed animals had made a real mess of the garbage. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.”

“The apartment was clean. It was a challenge to get the fob to enter the apartment. The temperature was set to 20 C, and it was very cold during the night. When I contacted the host, she tried to address it, but the temperature went back to 20 C and stayed there the whole time. There were no amenities except a small amount of toilet paper in each bathroom and no spares. There was no soap and no shampoo. The whole atmosphere of the apartment was cold. There was nothing to create a warm……

“Room was clean and tidy Bed was uncomfortable, spring mattress? Toilet seat very loose, kept shifting around. Shower entrance is small, caution to anyone who is wide. Damaged utensils. spatula melted.”

“Great place to stay. Only a couple minor things. 1 the parking spaces were not measured when they made them. So if you get in assigned certain spots and drive an SUV or equivalent you may not fit, just park in visitor parking if thats the case. The only other thing was there was 2 pans for cooking but no pots or skillets to use on the stove top. We didnt need them but those are my suggestions to elevate the space a little more.”
