The room itself was okay, a bit tight for a *handicap accessible" room, except the beds were not that comfortable. It was the shower/bathroom. There was no place to put anything, the entire floor was flooded and then so slick. I didn’t request a handicap room, but they are usually fine. If I had a wheelchair it would have been really hard to maneuver the space.
The bathroom was very uncomfortable. No place for anything, the floor flooded all the way to the sink and toilet. The floor was super slick, I mean when it floods that far out and then finally drains there was a soap line. Literally had to line the floor with towels not to fall. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was fine but the smell in the lobby (scent the spayed to cover up) was a bad choice. Also the pictures online are deceiving, there was no sitting area in the "room suite".
