“The hotel shuttle was broken for the pick up at train station so the staff asked us ride taxi and the hotel will pay the service later. However, we rode the taxi that was not payable by the hotel. The hotel should arrange the taxi and tell the guest which taxi instead of asking guest to find taxi themselves.”

“雖然是2樓，但還是可以非常清楚地在早上看到黃金馬特洪峰，在房間中就可以縮時攝影，不需要到外面的拍照點，非常美麗。早餐好吃，晚餐也很美味(有沙拉吧)，唯一可以拿來說的就只有離火車站稍遠(走路快些約12分鐘，有小坡)，但是走遠一點就是為了看馬特洪峰”

“Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!”

“酒店距離火車站步行3－5分鐘，地理位置很方便，房間應該剛剛裝修完，有很大陣木香味，但房間完全沒有冷氣，3日兩2夜住宿都要全程開窗，洗手間沖涼花洒水流極之慢，沖洗不夠2分鐘完全沒有水流出，第二天早上通知酒店職員下午待我和家人行完山到房維修，當我們回到酒店實在太熱，所以立即沖洗，之後通知酒店職員今天不用維修，因為明天會離開，但維修員仍然上門硬要處理，理由是明天有其它工作要做，真讓人费解。”

“The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.”
