“The hotel is poorly maintained, with many items being old or defective. For instance, the toilet seat would slide around every time it was used; I reported this to the management, and although they promised to fix it, no one ever did before we checked out. Additionally, the shower seal was inadequate, causing water to leak out and soak the bathroom floor, so I had to mop up the water outside the shower area after bathing. The worst part was the noise: our room was on the third floor, directly……
