“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Overnight business stay. Club deluxe room with balcony overlooking marina nice. Balcony would be better if the chairs were a more comfortable variety as a nice space to sit on a summer evening. Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast on Expedia site is £32 pp which I think extortionate! Mcdonalds or Wetherspoons just a 2 minute walk if you dont want to pay that price or just want to grab a bite withoutany frills. Plenty of places to eat around marina. Only complaint is the fridge……

“The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation……

“員工十分的親切還有熱情，雖然電梯壞了所以得自己扛很重的行李，但他們有幫忙搬~我住的是六人房，房間比想像的大很多，行李很夠放，但是床沒有窗簾是小缺點。浴室是一間房間一個，很乾淨而且若是忘了帶洗髮乳沐浴乳可以去跟櫃台拿~ 一樓還有自助的廚房，如果想要喝熱水可以自己去燒，很推薦可以去哦!”

“Friendly staff especially on reception and at breakfast. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Didn’t get to use the facilities but enjoyed our stay. ”

“My second time staying here for a work trip. Easy check in, rooms are large with great views over the golf course. Food is great, the buffet breakfast a highlight. The staff are superb. Some of the room decor was looking marked and a bit tired, but still fine.Will stay again.”
