“Hotel was beautifully decorated. Every staff were very friendly and all greeted you every time they saw you. I feel they go out your way to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the grand suite. We got really good toiletries and the hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the airport since we stayed in the grand suite. You also get welcome drink on arrival too. Beach was right infront of us. Old town and the port took us around 20 mins to walk there. Plenty of god restaurants and bars……

“Xereca has always been a great option in Ibiza when looking for a quiet place close to Ibiza town with high standard and service. However, after staying there 4 times over the past years it feels like the service is slipping of what it used to be and then general look and feel of the property is a bit dated. ”

“The hotel is fantastic for a resort style break. It’s 45 minutes from Ibiza town so not very convenient for nightlife but fantastic for a true chill out break with great food and service. The drinks are a little on the pricey side especially the in room minibar. ”

“welcoming from the start arriving late around 1am ish. everything was lovely from staff to room to spa to food. great area, very close to town but also far enough away. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace.”

“Eine wirklich wunderschöne Location, tolles Zimmer, freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Einziges Manko war der Service im Restaurant und an der Bar. Hier wird man als Alleinreisender überhaupt gar nicht beachtet. Ich musste eine knappe 3/4 Std warten auf meine Essenbestellung (trotz beinahe leeren Restaurants). Ebenso später an der Bar. Hier wurde beinahe ruppig mit einem gesprochen. Hier also definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten alles wirklich TOP! ”

“Staff were very busy which resulted in slower service and them appearing stressed. However, they were still good. This property NEEDS an adult only pool or lounge area. There were too many children everywhere. A heated pool would also be great. Overall not bad for the price. ”
