Checked in and went to the room (416). Met the manager and three other individuals coming out of the room, said they were inspecting the room to ensure that everything was good.
1) Waterfall shower head was broken, and water only leaked from around the edge of the shower head.
2) Water leaked from under the shower out into the bathroom.
3) One Towel for two guests and after repeatedly calling the front desk and housekeeping they never provided another towel until the second day after I contacted the Manager. My Wife, who is Ethiopian, called several times and got no HELP from anyone that she spoke to (Housekeeping or the front desk). I contacted the front desk and asked to speak to the Manager to which I was informed that he was at breakfast. The manager returned my call and he apologized for everything and came with the maintenance man to fix the waterfall shower head. It just made my wife feel really disrespected by her own people. It is so sad that she was treated this way.
4) Jacuzzi in the room 416 was not working, so the night manager moved us to room 415 where the Jacuzzi was working but it leaked from the bottom out into the bathroom. I thought that the maintenance worker was going to return and caulk the bottom of the Jacuzzi only to find out that what I thought was a caulking gun was a huge Plunger which he told my wife to use to get the stopper out of the jacuzzi after we finished our bath.
5) At approximately 4:43am hose busted in the bathroom.
