Hi Monique, I tried to call you Monday to speak to you, however the phone never actually rang.I wasn't aware of no soap being at the sink, Housekeeping are usually good with picking up that these are missing, as of now i've just been and replaced it....We are a small team, who try very hard to keep on top of everything, gardens and lawn are a massive task as you could imagine

Hi Ian, I'm sorry about the shower, this is this is the first time we have come across this problem, we are currently in the middle of upgrading our HWS around the resort, so hopefully this will sort out the problem.Yes, the noise can become a little problem when we are fully booked, and I'm very sorryWe are currently updating and renovating some items, so hopefully when you come back again, it will be fixed up

Hi Barbara, Thankyou for your feedback, as you may have noticed we are in the middle replacing quite a bit of the woodwork around the Resort, this does take a little bit of time and is a large job for one man to do.Glad that the room was clean and we were friendly.

Hi Ashley, Had you have called that night, we would have been up straight away and changed the battery of the smoke alarm, as soon as I was made aware I had it fixed.What do you mean by no amenities available after 5pm? The Restaurant was open, and you only have to ask for the tennis court lights to be turned on, we don't turn them on all the time as some people never turn them off

Hi Kylie, I'm so sorry that the Restaurant didn't open for Breakfast, they are a separate business that make their own operating hours, however we could have supplied some breakfast packs from Reception that saved you having to drive into McDonalds)Beds are such a personal preference, some like them soft, some like them hard, I'll check which room you were in and see if its a newer mattress

Hi Alexandra, Thankyou for your feedback, yes you were in one of our older rooms, next time you book i would suggest you booking our King Deluxe Rooms, which have been renovated and more up to date.The Restaurant is run by a seperate business, and you are welcome to leave some feedback to them, their Business is actually The Boat Shed Lake Hume, we dont really have anything to do with their running or menu choices, I would certainly suggest leaving feedback for them on their own pages.
