“I booked through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get the check in instructions for some reason. But their staff was super helpful over the phone. The place was AWESOME, they got everything you needed. The loft was so nice and clean, the bathroom was even better. Love it!!!!”
“I booked last minute. So the communication was slow. Ended up calling the owner as the administrator was unreachable. For some reason, their check in / check out and other things link did not open on my US carrier phone. Ended up using an Estonian one (lucky I had one person with me who helped out).
The apartment was tiny. Well set up. It served its purpose for our family. Best for 2 people only, but it had everything you’d need.”
