“The hotel is beautiful, constructed from sillar stone—a material sourced from the nearby volcano. The building is immaculate, featuring a stunning rooftop with amazing views of the main volcanoes. Our room was very comfortable and clean. However, there is room for improvement in hospitality. While the staff was kind, they could be more proactive—offering assistance with restaurant recommendations, calling a taxi, and similar services.
