“This is an amazing home that is filled with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces, stained, glass windows, perfectly decorated, comfy blankets, and extra amenities to make you feel at home. It’s a quick walk to the Diamind. The hostess Dan is fabulous, she is very responsive and easy to work with. She gives you step-by-step directions and is very supportive with any questions you have during your stay. I wish I could spend every weekend here in this adorable home. “We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”

“While the room was clean, which is the priority, the hotel was pretty dated in its furnishings. The shower was old and its floor was actually a bit concave, making standing slightly tricky. The complimentary breakfast was worthless. The price, while not cheap, was low. In this case, you get what you pay for.”

“Absolutely disgusting experience. When we first pulled up to the hotel, I genuinely thought it was closed because the lobby was covered in dust and dirt and looked completely neglected. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. We checked in quickly because we were heading to a wrestling championship and didn’t have time to really inspect the room. When we came back later and looked around, the room was absolutely filthy. The floors and walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been……

“My only complaint is that on both nights we were there other guests were VERY noisy after what I would consider a respectable time (10:00 pm). The first night it was little kids in the hall running and screaming with no parents/guardians around. The second it was young adults coming in after partying. They were talking loudly and stomping in the hall. I am trying to not complain as much so I did not go to the front desk even though it was 2-3 am. ”

“Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Our first room ac/heater not working. Made howling noise. Staff asked “can you just deal with it.” Second room tv stopped working. Third room we had Hulu and Tv updated and were told tv doesn’t have Hulu or internet connection. Very old tvs. Whole place always smelt like marijuana. ”

“Very smooth and friendly check-in process. We booked 3 rooms for the IUP final home game, and it was a great place to stay right next to the arena. Great staff, clean rooms, and will definitely stay here again.”

“Hot tub, gym, and pool closed. NO mention of this ahead of stay. Booked because of the pool. Was under construction and many areas blocked off because of this. Found out upon arrival.”
