“Nice room, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and attentive. We did not have breakfast there but it looked good. My only negative comment is that the pool water was very cloudy so I did not use it.”

“The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. Busted outlet covers. Holes in the wall. Dirt on the bathroom walls. The front desk staff were very polite. Picked this property thinking it would be better than red roof… but I……

“Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. The shower handle wont stay in one position. Automatically rotated fully to the left spraying hottest water. I had to hold the handle in one……

“warm and welcoming like a self-Service home. Nice furnitures, Nice View. There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. Pitts City, Not only One of the Top World’s Tech Innovation City, but also a Life Respecting……

“Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!”

“It’s a nice hotel. Power outage hit shortly after we checked in and lasted more than 24 hours (so no lights — except emergency lights, no heat, hot water, elevators, breakfast…) — not something they could control, but staff didn’t seem to know anything about what to do in these circumstances. They shrugged a lot. Said they could comp parking charges. While guests struggled to open and close sliding electric doors, staff sat in chairs in the lobby and watched. Unclear whether any refund credits……

“It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.”
