“La espera al llegar a check un tanto incomoda. La propiedad es buena pero ya presenta deterioro en cosas como: puertas, cancel de baño, y muebles sanitarios. Aunque la alberca es limpia tal vez por la temporada invernal no pudimos hacer uso de la misma por no contar con agua caliente”

“I had high expectations for this 4 star hotel until I figured out that the scale is out of 10 stars. I booked the luxury studio suite which advertised city view. We got to the room to find only one window that opens up to the hallway. The hallway that connects from the lobby, meaning every guest could look inside if they wanted to. That’s not even the craziest part of this room. Room 3 btw. This room had a door with a slit in it. Meaning someone can(again) peek inside if they wanted to. I get……
