There was roaches everywhere. Staff was abusing and rude to customers. No one was present at front desk for 4-5 hours and also locked out my room and grab all my stuff out of the room even when i was not suppose to check out two days later. Hotel staff misplaced or stole my watch.

The property is close to main roads so there is access to a lot of business and reastaurants. There is some upgrading being done on the rooms.

Tried to charge me 100 dollar cash deposit after i paid on line through expedia. Nothing said initially about a cash deposit until after it was taken off my card. Tha man tried to tell me that every hotel in the states charges 100 cash depost. Wrong

Do NOT BOOK HERE. I called at 4 pm the same to inform that I will arrive 2 am where the agent told me that they secured me a room. When I arrived I was told that the hotel is sold out and I have to call a number they gave to find another place. I called and after multiple holds they told that we don’t have anything available!!!!!!

I went to hotel to check in and was told there was no room for me. Someone should have called and told something. I had a late check in at 10. So I had to find another hotel to stay an 11pm. I don't think I'll be using your hotel again for lack of communication

Hotel sold my room we went to relocation team with orbitz and they did amazing getting us into a new room and taking care of it but this hotel still charged my card

HORRIBLE. ROACHES LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. In bed, in microwave, in fridge ALL OVER . This is not worth it be careful and a lot of people live at hotel . Kids running through hallway and trash in Hallway . Do not waste your money

I booked a handicap accessible with queen beds. I was not given a handicap accessible room with queen beds. While we were checking in, the front office person told me that if my room was dirty to call him and let him know because the new cleaning girl was not marking what rooms were clean and not clean. We got a room on the third floor because all the handicap rooms were given to long term residents. We were given a room at first with a broken toilet, the second room we were moved to had cracked tiles in the bathroom, stains in the bathtub, the bed skirts were completely wrinkled, and there was a hole in our floor that was just covered with the carpet. Our "view" from the room consisted of discarded mattresses, chairs, couches, bedside tables, and semi trailers trying to hide the discarded furniture.

After a week with my room cleaned on the first day of my stay only, I went to ask why and the receptionist couldn’t explain other than because I was a stay over. I was allowed to keep my room at the AGREED PRICE THROUGH EXPEDIA only till I made the mistake of telling the receptionist what my rate was, then it immediately was raised $25/per day. I heard women screaming at all hours and every time I went out of my room I was overwhelmed by the smell of weed and what al else I’m not sure. Never gonna be here again

I booked my room, they took my money only to be told there was a $100 deposit required when I arrived. There was no mention of this in the advertisement and no phone number to call the hotel directly. The clerk was rude and would not come back to the window once he realized there was a problem. I have contacted the hotel and they will not refund my money, do not go to this hotel

There was nothing to like about this hotel. Upon checking in the front desk required a $100 cash deposit that was never mentioned on the website or on booking confirmation. We get to the room and the hallways smell like weed. I checked the bed just to inspect and the sheets were dirty. Dark brown stains. Called front desk to get a new set and those were dirty as well. None of the lights hardly worked. The shower was nasty and the water was either too hot or too cold no in between. Everything was outdated. Just disgusting.

They advertised a swimming pool and it was closed. The water was turned off for a day due to "Low pressure" a clogged valve. They gave me $ 15.00 cash for the inconvenience of no water. I think they should have provided bottled water.Everything else was good.

Quick access to major roads. View out the window was a major road.The room was spacious and adequate for my needs. Parking was easy. B e prepared to have the required cash deposit. Your credit card will not be accepted for the deposit which is returned to you upon checkout provided the room is not damaged.
