Not well maintained household
This property was a little bizarre. It’s on the corner and the common areas (living room, dining room, and kitchen) have no blinds whatsoever on the windows so it’s almost as if you are in a fishbowl that everyone walking by can see in to. The house was quite dusty and stale. The “king size” mattress was actually two twin beds pushed together without any mattress topper so there was a big gap between the two beds when sleeping. There is an enclosed den with broken wicker chairs so hard to spend time in that area. The pull out sofa had a lot of sand in it. We actually could not get in to the property at first because the front door lock was taped over and we did not receive a key to the deadbolt. There happened to be a side door that was left open by the previous tenant or cleaner which enabled us to access the house. In general it seemed that this house is not particularly well cared for or maintained.
