“It was very outdated. My room smelled terrible.”

“The property was run down and in overall terrible shape. When we entered the room it had a moldy, damp smell. The furniture was old and in poor condition. There was stains on the couch, headboard was dirty, carpet was awful, and the bathroom had a strong urine smell. The desk staff was very friendly but this property was awful. We stayed for just a brief time and decided we were not comfortable staying there and found a different place to stay.”

“Unique!! Yes! Very Old Dishevled Building. No Security. Zero amenities The advertised DID NOT Exist!! FILTHY FLOORS. Water Faucets do not work! No screens in the windows. Every Other Room is SMOKING!! The place is an ash try!! Some Staff Member used my debit Card! There Employees live permantly It run by Capital Vacations!! Stay in a tent At least you would know what you have!! !”

“We loved the layout of the hotel close to pool and staff were fantastic!! Breakfast was great, we had a very enjoyable stay!”

“The value of the stay was excellent and worth the the nightly rate. However, the place was quite dirty, outlets coming out of the wall, no battery in the smoke detector. The A/C didn’t work when we got there but the manager/owner was very helpful and walked me through a solution. All in all, a good deal for the money.”

“This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was great, close to everything in Nisswa. Downside was the shower was awful. No water pressure and the towels were small and rough. Plus there were only two bath towels in our room and since this hotel has NO staff and you check in with a code for your door there is no one there to assist you or to ask for more towels or anything else you may need.”

“Staff was very helpful, pool area and slide were great, the floor in the room was not clean (seemed un-vacuumed ) and the bathroom was pretty clean but not perfect either. The curtain was broken as well. 7/10 as a whole.”

“Iabsolutely love this place.I started my days with the outdoor hot tub. Then I swam laps at the beautiful outdoor pool.Aftet that paddled and rode the bike trail.Back to Paddling before they closed.The lake was perfect.I wanted to stay a month.”
