Not wanting to come down too hard, but having to ask myself the question would I return and the answer is no. First, when checking in, there was no one at the desk and we were stuck in the hotel entrance for a good bit waiting between one door that is always open and another that requires a key to enter, which we did not have yet (even tho considering the area I do understand why they would want to have the doors locked at all times). There is an early check in fee of $25 and I am almost certain that the room photos they use for the hotel are from a completely different hotel, as our room was tiny, and felt very much like a grey jail cell. I have no idea how we booked a king deluxe room and ended up with what we did. The room felt clean enough if one didn’t dig too deeply, but the room had a very heavy weed smell that seems to be the constant aroma of Baltimore anymore, and no one respects no smoking indoors. Somehow these people are special. Lots of road noise at night, and the AC was clunky and loud, but at least it worked to clean out the room. We had thought we’d bring our dog as it’s a dog friendly hotel, but I’m glad we didn’t because I would have never felt safe walking her alone or especially at night. Overall while it was functional (barely) I’d never stay here again.
