“The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.”

“Enjoyable. Everyone liked the home and accessibility to Bethany Beach's shoreline and vendors. The livingroom furniture (sofa) and upstaairs carpets were reported before to you as being filthy, and have remain so. We had put blankets on the sofa to sit. This really needs to be addressed!!!!!”

“My family had a wonderful stay during our mini vacation. The property was well maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the owner (Sean) was very easy and he provided us with a wealth of information regarding what to bring down, great places to eat, and places to visit during our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown Bethany and set back far enough off of route 26 to not see/feel the traffic. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Beautiful eco-friendly property. Great location. There were only 5 of us, but would sleep 10 comfortably. A list of a few suggestions left with the rental Company for a few things that would make the home more user friendly (signage on light switches and remotes, for instance). A few safety issues (curling area rugs). There were some glasses left in the dishwasher, and towels in the dryer from previous users of the house. None of these issues would deter us from renting the property……

“The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement. Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust. Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches. Just not a good way to do business.”

“Sea Colony is a great place to stay in Bethany. This unit was perfect for our family. My daughter loved the loft space and there was enough room for this family of 4. Beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order.”

“Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed everything except the check in process: we were given the wrong house keys at the office. We had to call the office to bring the right keys. The person from the office came but again with the wrong set of keys.”

“We were In town for a memorial with a lot of extended family. This house is extremely comfortable exceptionally clean in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Grief for families. We also enjoyed playing tennis and Pickleball as well. We have already looking to book for 2025.”
