“This is my 5th time to Watercolor Inn (started coming in 2017). Love the convenience w the pools (love the new hotel pool). Feel like the restaurants aren't as good as they could be especially compared to restaurants in Rosemary. I do not like the new interior of the rooms, the headboard design is terrible and the worst is the dressers w the non-functional bottom drawer. What is the point of having that? They also took took out starfish decor in the showers, which were really cool. Also……

“Gulf place is the perfect location on 30A. It’s super relaxed and doesn’t have the craziness of the eastern parts (Seaside or Rosemary Beach) yet only 10 min away. The beach is literally across the street with NO boundary issues the rest of 30a beaches seem to have. The shopping and amazing restaurants are a 3 min walk. The only negatives we had were not being provided paper towels or napkins. The bedding and furniture were nice. Highly recommend this complex or the Caribbean building if you……
