I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. Our room was clean and very accessible from the parking lot. The highlight of the stay was at check-in. The young man was very friendly, personable and accommodating. He made check-in a joy!

Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was sparse and floors thin. I could hear the guest upstairs walking around.

I like that the property seems to be well taken care of. I didn't like that trees along the highway can cause one to miss the entrance of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was great The only thing that was not great was the bed. It was well worn but they are getting ready to replace so it was understandable.

The breakfast cereal was individually bagged in snack bags from big boxes, there was NO decaf coffee offered. The breakfast offered was done cheaply and not very sanitary. I had to sign a paper saying there would be upcharges for early discharge from my room! Really??? NO ELEVATOR and not advertised. This was a surprise to my spouse who uses a walker. No ice machine on the second floor. Huge blood stain on the top of my bed quilt that soaked through to the second top sheet. Rooms are old and antiquated. would not stay there again!

The hotel was covered in plastic sheets. Not sure if they are trying to remodel or what. Hotel needs a facelift and updating.

Pool was not functioning. No mention of the problem when checking in. It should not have taken several days to resolve the the issue and it would appear no one knew enough to properly use the chemicals that should have been available. Staff was courteous but not well trained. I asked to move rooms and that was granted but not a word acknowledging the problem or apologizing

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and towels refreshed and trash without having to ask. Parking was easy and convenient. Very convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and hot. I would stay again.

Overnight stay
Pleasant check in. Room was clean and neat. Only issue was the black out shade was broken and I couldn’t pull the shade closed all the way. Very friendly and helpful staff! They even suggested a great restaurant for dinner!
