不满意:员工和服务
It all comes down to the service you receive. The lady at the front desk could have handled the situation better and shown us some empathy and understanding but, she was rude and not attentive. I understand if we arrived early before check-in and rooms are not ready but, when you have been traveling all night and morning and you're greeted with hostility and a poor attitude... it doesn't matter what the property looks or feels like. I had to go to my event without being able to freshen up and shower. I returned to the property late in the evening and check-in was fine.
