One interesting fact that the front desk was very contempt when I checked-in. Definitely not a 4 or 5-star hotel, toothbrush cost 2 dollars and no slippers. When I ask for more shower set, the front desk is very unwilling to give me any and tell me there are in the room with a very skeptical tone. The front desk was not very professional either, one staff tell me that the key card is 30 dollars, while another tells me that they are free. Last but not the least, the room did not smell fresh. I can't tell that if the front desk is just racist or just rude. Overall experience was not good at all.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience at our hotel. We do have a supply of amenities available from reception and we can definitely provide extra shower sets on request, unsure why you would have been told that you couldn't. Regarding room keys, these are unique to the hotel and are quite costly to replace. Again thank you for your review, we are looking into more ways to improve our guest experience and hope that you look at staying with us again in the future so that we may change your perspective of our property.

Great overall experience.. staff are amazing!! Tho cleanliness is questionable overall.. The pool had some stuff in there that looked discussing and they can just make sure its always clean.

We have been coming to this hotel for years but unfortunately won’t be back. The staff used to make you feel special. Now it was a matter of what extra money for breakfast, later checkout, drinks, dinner that they could get out of us. We booked two rooms and wanted $50 for 1hr later checkout. Very disappointed. Breakfast was light on too, a good price though.

Reception staff did not get back to me regarding an enquiry prior to arrival as promised. Ended up with a room with a disabled bathroom and no bath despite booking 6 months in advance. No food services available on a Sunday night. On the up side beds were huge and very comfortable and facility very clean. Plenty of onsite parking and staff friendly.

Our room was excellent. Huge bed. Nice and spacious room with a lovely big shower. We enjoyed a delicious cocktail in the bar before heading out to dinner in Bowral. Which was a nice quick drive down the road. The area was nice and quiet and great for a romantic night away. Definitely recommend

I loved this place. The room was gorgeous and the beds felt like heaven. I had to put poor for property conditions as there was a leak from either the shower or due to the rain that left a massive damp patch in the carpet. The first night was fine but then there was a damp smell which wasn’t ideal. That didn’t take away from the fact the place was gorgeous but the damp smell after a night or two wasn’t ideal.

Was in Bowral for a wedding so didn't spend too much time at the hotel. I loved the huge rooms and huge bed overlooking the golfcourse and greenery. However, the breakfast was so poor that it's definitely not worth including. The tables were dirty and the hall understaffed, the hot buffet food was empty plus there were no plates anyway, the nespresso machines were overflowing with capsules, the milk had run out, the little plate of cheese tucked away in a fridge for an entire hall was a joke, cheap bread to make toast .... rather don't offer it if you can't deliver!

It was absolutely daunting how quiet it was , there was absolutely no atmosphere or entertainment ' no outdoor pool but a lovely indoor one , restaurant was simple and stunning, gentleman who served us was a superstar , very pleased with the service provided by this particular gentleman, food was delicious, hot & reasonably priced ! Breathtaking views and scenery, serenity if you wish..

However, we find that it is the best time to enjoy the property with ease as you are able to experience our facilities without much hassle. Views of the car park
Our room was of high standard and roomy. We were however disappointed to discover the room did not have the expected garden and woodland view. Instead we had a good view of the car park. The hotel is not bring truthful in its description of the views from its Centennial King rooms.

This hotel is lovely. It is situated beside a golf course so the views are magnificent. We had a Highland Queen Twin room upstairs which was huge and absolutely stylish and luxurious. The two queen twin beds were comfortable although I found the doona heavy and hot. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and lots of storage. Only thing there was the toilet was very low on the wall, requiring some thigh strength to stand up. The restaurant was a huge bonus and the food was very nice. Breakfast (extra) included a full service although was perhaps a bit lack lustre, particularly as it was the same for 2 mornings running. The setting of this hotel is a bit out of town but it is really contemporary. We loved it here and will be coming back.

I stayed here for a night to break the drive from southern vic to NSW. The hotel itself was lovely- comfy beds, good check-in. Unfortunately, it was the restaurant which was the let down. We waited 40 minutes after we were seated and still had no service. I attempted to make contact with the waiter twice, and was told “they’ll be back in 2 minutes”. I walked out and drove to a local pub. Unfortunately, the onsite restaurant was the primary reason we booked here, so this was a disappointment.
