The communication was faulty. I was not warned that I might not be able to find a parking space near the hotel. I found it about 300m from the hotel. Finding the address and entering the room was conditional on creating the account, accessing some links and especially filling out some check-in sheets (all in English) while I was behind the wheel. The person who answered the phone was very sensitive and because I would have yelled at him, he hung up on me. On the next call he told me I was naughty. After many misadventures worthy of a detective novel with keys and traps we arrived at the building (it turned out not to be a hotel in the true sense of the word), contrary to the instructions (the room was supposed to have a light on at the door and the key would have been found inside), I did not find the camera open (something not recognized by the communicator) and gave up. I entered the room at about 5.30 p.m. The room was pleasant, well furnished and equipped (toaster not working) and had a working dehumidifier. I later understood why. The room had moisture at the bottom of the walls, which was very serious. The entrance gate to the building looks desolate and the access corridors to the rooms are full of garbage bags, leftover packaging and disused furniture. We were warned to clean up and take out the trash at the end of our stay, otherwise we risked a fine. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. The person who answers the phone has an unqualified attitude.
