The staff were responsive but not particularly friendly. Nobody asked us how our stay was.
Breakfast is ok. The breakfast room faces the sea. But all the windows were closed and all the curtains drawn making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. ”

“Service was sublime. Paolo, the GM, greeted us at our car and had 2 staff members ready to take the car and bags so we did not have to park in the tiny streets.
Elena and Paolo shared excellent recommendations throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco on the rooftop bar and a guide to Taormina and how to see the sites.
