“Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money.”

“My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day”

“Not a Hyatt experience. Got assigned a room without curtains and had to change rooms. Got woken at 8am by room service. Elevators wait due to convention. Good location and view of architectural .”

“Most of the staff was very helpful. We did have one encounter with a staff member who was not wanting to assist is in seeing why I had 4 reservations when I only had two. After some discussion with Expedia and the manager of the hotel it was taken care of. Also there was another staff member who was truly helpful as she was able to get our taxi to make it to the Stadium on time”

“I was offended to pay a parking fee.”

“There was no breakfast the second morning. They the property had been sold. They wouldn’t give us a refund- only points to make up for it.”

“Location to our needs was good, although neighborhood itself I wouldn't want to walk at night. Room was average. Breakfast was a constant battle between running out of food or utensils. There seemed to be large groups in town for multiple events. Breakfast wise, despite their knowledge of their census, they seemed ill-prepared.”

“very dirty lobby and rooms. murky pool water and rude staff. very embarrassing choice to stay at this hotel.”

“From check in to check out, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff was extremely nice, the place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We will stay here many times over.”

“Location was great. Right in the arts district (everything in walking distance) and within 10 mins of downtown St. Louis. Staff were great and the roof top lounge was excellent.”
