"This hotel is a former 1900s YMCA, across a side street from the grand old Union RR station. Our king bed room was clean and cozy; bath was also, with great water pressure. We appreciated the complementary and substantial evening snacks and beverages. After a long day of driving and touring the Gateway Arch, it was pleasant just to enjoy the hotel. There was a nice pool and hot tub in the lower level, though we didn’t use them. Staff was very helpful, and parking was adjacent and easy to use."

"We enjoyed our time in the Arts Roof Bar and breakfast in Commonwealth, a restaurant on street level. We also had dinner at Commonwealth and the scallops were great. We love this hotel. We walked across the street to the symphony and on others stays I visited 3 art galleries with in an easy walk. The best part is the room that is saturated in the color you choose. Our room was blue with a great view."

"The room had an amazing view of the arch the hotel is so close to everything. Love the linens so comfortable had everything we needed nice pool and staff was so hands on I got stuck in the elevator late at nite and got me a new key to get in my room I thank you for that"

"Staff was all very friendly even though they were short staffed. Parking is horrible. Valet does not have enough room / spots available. Very limited street parking available. Room was very small. Breakfast area was very clean and had a good variety of hot / cold foods. I would stay here again."
