I had cancelled my reservation in writing 2 days before I was to arrive, which is was 1 day more than required, and they still charged me for the first day.
I have raised this with the Booking agent, Expedia, who have not been able to get this charge canceled..
Travelodge has no moral value, integrity, or concern for the customer. I will never stop telling everyone far and wide what a terrible company this is, and to never do business with them.
