“My wife and I had booked the location to celebrate my birthday and had made reservations for an event at a "local" (45 minutes) Paso Robles winery to celebrate same. Due to circumstances beyond the owner's control (weather), we were not able to attend our event because the run-off that flows across the main entrance to the property had risen above our vehicle's undercarriage not only preventing us from attending the scheduled function but, delaying our departure by 24 hours. “Favorite moments: sipping my morning coffee from the kitchen table, and looking out at the beautiful scenery. And, relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. This place had everything we needed: fridge, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, etc. The owner Mike was friendly and very flexible on check-in/check-out times. we will definitely return here next time we head to this area.”

“We came up for a weekend visit in February to wander the downtown and see Sensorio (amazing, totally worth every penny). This rental is very nice and super conveniently located. Paso Robles currently (2/24) is not enforcing parking so we were able to park in the small lot by the building and keep an eye on our vehicle from the rental. The rental has a giant touchscreen that is used for check in and check out and includes information about the property and had a map of the surrounding area so you……

“Nice clean studio with some ocean view. Hosts were great about checking if we needed anything and also if we needed any recommendations on places to go locally. Great neighborhood, very restful at night but close to the great beaches nearby. We ended up not bringing our dog as planned and host made sure to refund that part of payment right away. Has most appliances and tools you need in kitchen too. Great place!”

“We had such a great time at the Nook on Hilltop! It was so airy, bright, spacious, and had all of the basic accommodations that we needed. The space was so quiet and private. Check-in and out was so simple. The location was great, far enough away from town for some privacy, but offered an easy walk to restaurants and the downtown area. We will absolutely visit again!”

The place makes me feel like I'm far away from everything, quiet and peaceful. The owners live on the property, so if there are any problems or special needs, they are there in a flash. “This was a perfect romantic get-away. The outside deck was wonderful for enjoying our morning coffee, as well as our evening wine. Being able to see and hear the ocean from our room was so relaxing. The location was perfect for visiting many of the local restaurants and we also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for us to prepare meals also. “Perfect for 2 couples with full bedroom downstairs and another upstairs with kitchen. Quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown. Plenty of private parking. Kitchen lacking suitable pans and not many dishes, but luckily there were nice wine glasses. :) Bright and sunny rooms. Large closets.
