Arrived for check inn reception not very engaging.
Room was spacious clean bed is comfy but pillows are not luxurious they were flat and not comfy. The shower room looks lovely and clean but shower pressure very poor.
We were out most of the day arrived back at just before midnight and room very cold had to go to reception for them to say they need to reboot the boiler, this is the second stay in six months that they gave day this, so obviously not interested in guest comfort.
Breakfast this morning very poor experience was greeted by staff who instead of asking how you are abruptly said sit anywhere, food was ok a little on the greasy spoon side the staff were not attentive and either on there mobile phones, eating at the service station and talking between them selves of what the could do with the hose tap in the wash room area. Totally unprofessional and would say need a complete overhaul in hospitality training, it was like being ignored.
Passed all this on to the receptionist on the check out on 16/06/24 she said she would look in to it but again how she came across was not very interested and not bothered, she didn’t ask how was our stay…. Maybe they don’t ask this as they would get more feed back like mine.
Shame this place has so much potential.
