“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Maison au Fils Temp. A charming property a short drive away from Amiens. A perfect stop to explore the Somme area, ahead of our LeShuttle journey home to the UK. “Although the landlady did all what was possible, the description on Hotels.com of the accommodation offered was highly misleading. Firstly, it is not a hotel, so the reservations are not monitored, and thus our arrival at the doorstep of the house was completely unexpected. Despite the system accepting a booking online, you need to ring to check if anybody is home. There are simple rooms available in an annex building, which are basic (eg. no TV, or other comforts), it seemed suitable for summer……
