“Many very thoughtful and welcoming details that made stay easy. If you forget something, they may have a spare provided. Very clean, central location, well stocked kitchen (oil, spray, spices, Tupperware), good parking, secure, responsive communication. Coffee and groceries 2 minutes away. Would book here again!”

“One of the best places we have stayed. Was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee pods and creamer. No noise issues. Felt safe insde this gated community. Located close to everything you might need. Unit is located close to pool and gym. Owner is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. Definitely would recommend and would return. Thank you for sharing your home with us”

“Host let us check in early which was nice. The property is an older townhouse but very quiet and in a good location for easy access to both freeways. The interior was very clean and kitchen had everything you need. The only problem was I picked this property for the private patio. It had lots of seeds and leaves from the trees and table had not been cleaned for awhile I contacted the host. Standard response and it never got cleaned. We did it ourselves ”

The refrigerator had an old dingy kids lunch box, large bottle of water, open peanut butter, jelly and several condiments and didn't look clean. The stove, oven and sink also didn't look clean. The washer had unwashed cleaning towels inside. I called Vanessa and she responded right away that her cleaning accidentally left the lunch box……

“Weh have stayed at The Greens before and this unit was quite a disappointment. Minimally furnished and basically no decor, with broken metal blinds that could not be opened or let light come through. Many doors had cracks and also the walls. Poorly maintained unit overall. The linens were terrible worn out, and towels were stained and of poor quality as well. Soap and shampoo of the cheapest quality. Soap dispensers had diluted soap...No refills for trash bags, we had to buy our own... The……

“Lara was very responsive to my questions. The location was perfect for us and I enjoy the pool. 1,500 security deposit is excessive.”

“The condo is as pictured! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, nice pool area! We would stay here again!”
