"I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such."

"The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the...

"So many nice things about this place. We spent a lot of time in the backyard area as the pool is great, neighbors are quiet and the lake adds to the privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked, including linens and paper goods, as mentioned and the outdoor BBQ / Tiki Bar added to kitchen use and being outside. Road in front is pretty quiet and amenities are all real close. Walking path and canal trail is nearby so easy to get out and get some exercise. Lots of linens and bath items. About the only...
