"Very communicative prior to the stay with all of our questions. There's street and regular parking very close to the property that you pay for and it's free on Sundays. Room we had was very spacious and clean! We went during the heatwave and there was no AC but luckily there was a fan for us to use at night. Water pressure of the shower was also great with shampoo and body wash. Great view of the water and unique tide that comes in everyday. Also in perfect walking distance of all the shops and pubs. Also a good spot to walk to the two different forts in Kinsale."

Anything that you require if not in the room such as an iron is soon provided. A car park at the rear is sign posted from the main road. There are a few steps but ask the staff and they will assist with wheelchairs via a function room. Otherwise step free access is from the front. Only gripe is that we specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool. No notification was given that it was closed for planned maintenwere until we arrived. Being outside of the free cancellation window and could change our booking."
