“I would give this hotel 11/10 rating. I has already high expectations going there but a was overwhelmed. Let me concentrate on less obvious features which make this hotel so good. It has its own style. It call itself “spirit hotel”. It definitely is. The spa section is excellent. Indoor/outdoor pools/saunas… all new/clean/perfect it definitely was freshly renovated with the great attention to details. And the best of all : their friendly personnel. They are not just polite and helpful. They……

“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.. la chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortables.. La vue sur les montagnes au top.. Le restaurant était parfait que ce soit au niveau du petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de produit variés que pour le dîner ou son menu était bon chaque soir.. Les pistes de ski sont en 5 min en voiture, mais il existe des navettes gratuites grâce au pass de l hôtel pour y aller..”

“This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior.”

“The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well maintained, but not updated (the bathrooms are old but clean!). The view from the room was outstanding and service was very friendly and prompt. The only real negative was that the bed was very uncomfortable (somehow too hard and too soft at the same time). We stayed in a normal double room with a balcony. ”

“Isot ja toimivat huoneet. Hyvin matkatavaroille tilaa kaapeissa, Miinuksena ettei naulakoita ole seinillä, mutta ei niitä muillakaan ole. Tämä on täys ihme, kun laskettellu keskuksissa puhutaan. Lasku kamat pyörii lattioilla. Ei kukaan niitä kaappeihin laita. Spa loistava.ja siellä sauna loistava. Aito suomalainen kiuas, jossa tarpeeksi kiviä, oli kippo , kauha ja kunnon löylyt. Täys kymppi ! Aamupala monipuolinen ja hyvä! ”

“Our stay at Hotel Pontives was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A great variety to choose from and very generous portions. They were even kind enough to pack us lunch to go upon check out. Location is great and close to many sites and amenities. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the region. ”
