She greeted us so warmly when we arrived, went out of her way to find us two drinking glasses (I hate drinking out of paper cups), and offered us a bit of historical facts about Jacksonville and it’s waterways. No…they broke up an adjoining room/suite and had the sofa bed (the only bed) made out for us. I book VIPs and they would have made me change hotels immediately so I’m not sure how they can think this was ok to do.
