This adorable cottage sits literally 3 1/2 feet from deck to water as it is on the shore of Mullett. All you see is endless water or frozen lake, when you are in the cottage!

Enjoy this 2 BD 1 BA Lakefront Cottage which is perfect for intimate couples or small families/group of friends and is located on the North Central Trail System which is a walking/biking/snowmobiling trail and has full access to the lake, whether free flowing or frozen, with a deck to enjoy the sunrise from! Rent a boat, go ice fishing, barbecue, swim, or do whatever floats your boat-Fun Stuff!

This cottage is all knotty pine on the inside. Ceiling fans in Kitchen and master bedroom. This cottage is a 'Gemstone of Topinabee' Natural wood fireplace (bring wood) in dining/kitchen area.
Patio set and propane grill on deck. Fire-pit on property.(bring wood)
Cottage has its own private dock for any guests who bring a boat up to 20' Max. Dock usable Memorial weekend to end Sept typically.This cottage is great for small families or romantic getaways for intimate couples, anniversaries, honeymoons:-)

Behind cottage is the 62 mile walking/biking/snowmobile trail! Cottage is easy on and off I-75

Mullett Lake has 17 species of fish in all which inhabit the waterway including perch, walleye, etc.
Crystal clear water. Close to town, library, restaurants/cafes. Bring your bikes! North Central Trail System directly behind cottage and is walking, jogging, biking trail open for pedestrians, joggers and bikers from April 1-December 1, then trail turns into Snowmobile trail, Trail # 7 for winter season of snowmobiling. Ice Fishing typically starts end of December until Mid March. Lake typically frozen from December-Mid/Late April.
Located last cottage on a dead end private road; very quiet and secluded.
