“These apartment is non existent we turned up to a sold apartment, no lock boxes, was told the man who ran them had gone bust months ago , no communication from him and had to find alternative accommodation at extra cost on top of the cost of paying for this back in March , trying to find a booking on a busy weekend was very costly and spoiled what should’ve been a relaxing weekend!!”

“The caravan was nice and clean. The beds were very comfy, could’ve done with a couple of extra pillows . It is a bit dated, for example the carpet tiles were worn and some of the walls had the finishes coming off and the shower had holes in the paper. But overal my granddaughter and myself had a good time”

“The property was listed as having internet access and WiFi which was essential for my autistic son. It did not have this facility and as such my son had a very traumatic episode. We had to leave immediately after already having travelled 2.5 hours to get there. My son’s trauma lasted for two days. I have not been offered a full refund nor compensation for the travel costs. This is disgusting as the caravan was not as advertised. Had I known there was no internet I would never have booked it.”
