Some people at around 1 am were partying. Very loud and noisy—- I would leave- except we booked the hotel for 2 nights— I’ve been in a few hotels—but this is the worst one I’ve been in —as far as noise. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean—

We couldn’t get a key for our room because their machine was down, so everytime you want in your room you have to ask the front desk to escort you. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. Doors were all marked up, stains all over the carpet and walls. There were 30-40 muscle cars gathered in the lot a cross the street doing donuts and burn outs and revving their engines all night, with the cops chasing them through the parking lot. The staff was friendly, that’s about all I have nice to say about the place.

This was a very nice place. We only stayed one night as we were on our way somewhere else, but it was clean, check in was easy and the staff were friendly. Was a little noisy because I think there were several families with small children staying, but that's to be expected with little ones.

They double booked the room so my husband and I surprisingly walked in on someone in our room upon check in. The toilet leaked all over the floor in the new room we were given, the door lock did not work, staff was friendly but I would not stay here again

I like the amenities offered at Hilton Garden Inn. I like the convenience of this property to places I needed to go. It is starting to look like the rooms need some sprucing up. Good value overall for the price compared to other places I've recently stayed.

My recent stay was terrible! I usually don't write reviews but here I am. Upon arrival, I ordered a caesar salad from the restaurant with parchment paper still at the bottom of the container. The salad was over saturated with dressing and lettuce was soggy smelled spoiled. The front desk rep refunded the cost and I didn't eat or drink at the onsite restaurant again. I was told that I would need to complain to the manager when they were available during the daytime. When I arrived at my hotel room, my door looked as if someone tried to pry it open with a crowbar because the wood was chipped around the lock. My daughter & I felt unsafe and made sure all latches were locked at night. About 6 hotel doors on our floor were off the hinges with plastic covering some of the doors for repairs possibly. Our room was in serious need of renovations. We had water damaged/molded ceilings, red liquid-stained carpet, and the baseboards near my front door was gone with paint chips all around. In addition to being upset about the room, our final night we did not have access to clean large towels. The pool was overcrowded and small. Also, when I arrived at checkout I requested to speak with the manager on staff, I was told the manager was conveniently in a meeting. I would never recommend this hotel and I am highly disappointed in the quality, or lack thereof from "The Hilton". I am normally a loyalist of another hotel brand and I will remain loyal from now on because this was unacceptable.

When I arrived, the room I booked was not available, so I had to get a 2-queen bedroom which was okay. Only thing I disliked was the two guys smoking weed in the side door outside which was 2 doors down from my room. They held the door open (they weren't fully outside), and the smell was in the hallway and in my room.

What I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I could not turn on the faucet in the tub, I pushed, pulled, turned, etc and I could not get it on. I called the front desk and the staff could not tell me how to turn it on, so I asked if someone could come up to show me and was told “no, we only have two people here”. I ended up washing up over the sink. I go downstairs to check out and staff was sitting on her cell phone( she could have came upstairs to assist me). When I told her what happened and asked for a partial refund, she said “ there is nothing I can do and the Manager is not here”. Terrible

My room door didn’t close all the way without pulling it. The entry lights didn’t work. I called the front desk for towels, waited two hours, and they didn’t bring them. Had to go down to the desk and get them, and when they gave them to me, they didn’t have wash cloths available.

The lobby decor was nice. The checkin clerk was nice but not informative. She did not inform of the every other day room cleaning policy. When the clerk quoted the total price, we had to ask what was the extra $100 charge and after inquiring then was told it was for incidentals and would be refunded if we had none. There is no paper work for your review., if we have any questions or inaccuracies we will only be aware after we have left property. The room had a non functioning iron, a dirty cleaning towel in the corner, and a bed that felt and sounded like it was in wooden slats. Creaking and cracking just sitting on it, or rolling over. The linens seemed as if they have not been replaced in years. The shower design does not make good sense. The door slides near the shower head, however to turn on water and adjust temperature you must reach through shower spray because the handles are on the back wall of the shower closer to the back shower door that does not move. I would say location is great, staff is kind and welcoming but the property does not live up to the Hilton expectations. I would not stay here again.

Maybe it's normal for hotels now, but a thing that stood out to me was a personalized welcome on the television (which was massive) when i first entered my room.
