Mobility issues - there are stairs to access the property. Our handrails help but the elderly may need additional support. There are also 2 steps to access the boat bedroom (twin beds). The grounds are also grassy which is naturally not level.

Chronic respiratory suffered- this is an older home with a crawl space. While we have a dehumidifier in place and an air purifier available for air quality, the air moisture may affect your more chronic conditions.
