"Location was great, beach front in Delray, close to shopping on Linton Ave, and a short car ride or long walk to the action on Atlantic Ave. The property itself was beautiful and quiet! Old Florida, not those obnoxious multistory condo and hotels that crowd the southeast shoreline now adays and had excess to the beach. Pool area and grounds were very well kept. The room was just big enough. Sitting area with dining area, small kitchen, kind of a small bathroom (good enough to shower and get ready for the day) and spacious bedroom. All just as the pictures show. The staff was really pleasant, and I would highly recommend this property. Be aware, though, there is only one parking spot per condo and that is for real, there are like 20 or 21 condos and only 21 parking spots."

"The hotel was very clean and smelled soo fresh! We ended up staying at the pool for almost 4 hours because of the drinks (pineapple margaritaa yummm!!) and steel drummer playing! The view was great as well. "

"Ok...so old style, its obviously historical, staff very friendly, location a plus, beach had awsome help that served excellent lunch, beach amazing, the Hotel was very clean ..just a bit dated..I believe because of history. Anyway worth the money..would have stayed later but had to go back to work...lol"

"The car service is not organized. There was a wedding at the hotel. Many amenities were shut down because of the wedding. For some reason staff members knew nothing about the closures. There was mold on the water coolers at the pool. There was a 5 foot drop from the beach to the ocean. How do they expect elderly guests to get to and from the water. "
