“Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was great-close to shops, beach and restaurants. The building is quiet and other guests were all kind and respectful. Easy access to all floors by elevator or stairs.The pool was amazing! Phyllis was responsive and easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. We loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you! ”

“The studio is well decorated and is even tho you can’t see the ocean from the unit there is a seating area right outside the door that does have a view. Right now there is construction going on next door which the owner had mentioned. If you are out and about during the day or spending the day on the beach then it’s not going to negatively affect your stay. ”

“Our stay was very pleasant. The property was clean and comfortable. It’s just moments from putting your toes in the sand. The outdoor patio was a nice spot for morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. The Host stayed in touch during our entire stay. Highly recommend!”

“We came to Deerfield beach to celebrate both of our girls birthdays and to move our oldest into FAU. The property was gorgeous and had amazing views. The sunrises were fantastic. We enjoyed the beach the waves and the views. We were even lucky enough to see a massive sea turtle (at least 4 feet) during our nightly beach walk and crab chases. ”

“You cannot put a price on a patio that is connected to the pool deck that is connected to the beach with several great restaurants two blocks away. ”

“Smooth upfront communication. Decent amount of space for 2. Surprise smart TV options and cable. Parking was simple. Neighbors and surrounding area was very quiet. The beach is across the street as described. Everything was clean. Zero complaints or problems. ”

“All orher guests very nice. Place very clean.great location. Everything the advertisement said. Only minor incidents were front door lock didnt always work on first try, the tub paint was peeling but mostly one day without power for 7 hours. 8am-3:30 pm. Otherwise a great place”

“The apartment stares right at the lighthouse in all of its splendor! The apartment is well equipped with very nice tvs, a/c, and kitchen tools. There are also beach toys for the kids. As an FYI only, the apartment and property are dated. The apartment needs a little love. It was great for our needs. The host, Amy, was friendly and accommodating. ”

“The spot on the beach was perfect. Construction was noisy....but when you went to the beach you could not hear it. The road was closed for a day without notice to us, that was inconvenient. Small living area but perfect for 2. Everything worked, loved the beach chair's and umbrella's.We enjoyed our stay.”
