“Amazing place to stay ”

“-Room was BEAUTIFUL! Larger than it looked from the pictures, and the built-in fireplace was easy to use & operational. -My room had full view of the valley below & a patio area over-loooked the golf course *(Didn't use the patio because it was very dusty and there were spiderwebs. Same with the windows, very dirty/dusty & spiderwebs) -Bathroom was FANTASTIC! *(Beautiful heavy/large oak door/frame, large granite sink & countertop w/ 2 sinks, jacuzzi bathtub, stand-up shower & had "iceblock"……

“It’s not our first time here and we keep going back. The rooms are a little outdated but the bed is very comfortable. The sheets are plush and extra-smooth. There is a free valet service. Breakfast is good. The employees are friendly and courteous. ”

My husband and I stayed 27 days and enjoyed the central location near everything in Fountain Hills, and an easy drive to Scottsdale, Mesa/Red Mountain and the ASU campus to visit our grandson. Each day we were out exploring the gorgeous Fountain Hills area and nearby communities of Rio Verde and Tonto Verde and play golf at the nearby courses of Desert Canyon and WaKaPoh. “Met my 2 sisters I haven't seen in 3 years (we are in our 60's). The house is gorgeous and the back yard with pool and jacuzzi was amazing. We hiked on the desert trails each day, rode the bikes, played ping pong, billiards and were in the pool! We went to Venue Cafe in Carfree (about 35 minutes away) one night but mostly stayed at house. Did a huge grocery haul before we got there (about 40 minutes away) so we could just have fun at the house and all the amenties. Property Manager super nice……

“It is as shown. Washing dishes by hand is not the best for sanitation for the next guests. I would suggest a mini dishwasher. This apt is located on the lower level of a private home. Beautiful landscaping.”
