The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

"We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!"

"Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this. When making the bed upstairs I found biscuit wrappers and crumbs, dust and hair. More attention to detail is required. We contacted the host who was very apologetic. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçues par l'environnement du logement.
