Great location and exceptionally helpful staff. The shuttle service around the resort was fabulous. Room was as very comfortable with a lot of useful storage. The only downside is that the spa area and pool were a little small and tired with nowhere to really lounge by the pool. The rest of the amenities overwhelmingly made up for that aspect. Will certainly return!

This place is a hidden gem even in the rain. Beautiful views surrounded us. The view from our room was amazing. The attractive style of the hotel made us feel very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. We rented e-bikes on property and cycled the lake trail. So fun!! Wish we’d allocated more than one night. I don’t see how you could be disappointed especially in the warmer months to use the lake amenities. Hope to return.

Great boutique hotel. New. Only negative dislocation. On far end of town. No near by restaurants. Property restaurant closed on day we checked in. Uphill walk and taxi 70 swiss francs for 1.5 km. Bus is free, every 20-30 minutes. Hotel e-tuk tuk will pick up and drop off at the railway station. Must call from Tasch about arrival time. No receptionist after 10 pm. Otherwise great property. Breakfast is very good and was included in the room rate. Bar is quaint. Dinner was excellent. We had excellent view of Matterhorn from 2 floor room.

Fabulous property, well placed with great views of the Matterhorn. Close to everything. Spa is wonderful. Everything is very clean, well maintained and looks new. Staff were really helpful. Note- there is currently building work directly in front of the deluxe chalet Gran Becca but at another property. It would have been good to have been told about the work at the time if booking so we could consider this before going agead. Fortunately they were able to relocate us upon request to a fabulous apartment but this may not be possible once the season kicks in as they're likely to be at full capacity. Without the move this would have spoiled what was a special holiday. Lovely breakfast options & attentive, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this property & would definitely return. Great holiday destination.
