“My daughter and I stayed one night while touring BSU. It was a quick car ride to the college and downtown. Kate's place was easy to find, had great parking, CLEAN and super cute. We had a little hiccup that happened but Kate was AMAZING and handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again and most likely will! Thank you, Kate”

“We will definitely rent here again if we are in the area! It was SO clean and comfortable and the snacks and coffee left out for guests were such a nice touch! We literally ate them all. This is such a quiet rental in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to literally everything in the area. The beds were super comfortable as well. This was actually one of our favorite rentals we've ever stayed in because it was perfect on all accounts for us allowing us to actually sleep and enjoy our trip……
