Welcome to Stream Side Cabin

This newly renovated modern Scandinavian cabin was designed thinking of having an open space where all can gather and enjoy life in the Mountains.
The cabin is only 10 min away from Hunter Mountain, 15 min away from Kaaterskill Falls, 5 min from Tannersville, 25 min from Windham Mountain, and 35 min from Woodstock.

There are many outdoor activities including skiing and hiking nearby. In the summer, the deck with BBQ makes it easy to relax on the property.


We are pet friendly and ask that you include the pet fee of $35 when, bringing your furry friend(s)! This allows us to do the extra laundry and deeper cleaning needed after pets have stayed. We strive for an allergy free space for those who are allergic or sensitive to pet fur/dander. Please reach out if you have questions or a different situation with your pet! We encorage to not leave your pet alone at home, if this is the case please be aware he/she have to be crated, we have one crate medium size at the cabin for your convinience. Up to 2 dogs only per stay.

Don't be surprised if you enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching a family of deer trot by.

Our 3 bedrooms can sleep 5 adults, and with our twin bed with trundle you will be able to fix up to 6 people. Relax by the fire pit out back, all materials are provided :). The large, custom dinner table seats 5 comfortably with lots of room to hang, play games, watch movies and more.

Guests will have access to the entire home and 1-acre property during your stay.

PARKING: can accommodate 3 small-medium cars.

ACCESS TO THE HOUSE: The entrance will be on the right side of the house where the String light are (Up to the deck). We have a keyless smart lock- inside the hearth room, so you will not need to get a key. You'll be given the code before you arrive.


We are in the mountain which means we are prone to normal forest / mountain occurrences like power outages during windy rainstorms or for no good reason. We have a few flashlights in the kitchen cabinets in that case.

You will probably need a car with four wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter months (when is snowing). We are not responsible for natural occurring allergens in the air at the house or allergies surrounding outside. We are not responsible for snow in the yard - remember this is the country and its supposed to be enjoyable but not everything is perfectly manicured 24/7. The snow in the driveway will be plowed as much as possible but please be careful on the deck; sometimes it can be slippery.

WINTER
Heat only: the mini split located on each room are to be used for the same set up, depends of the season, if winter all the splits have to be set up for heat mode (70 degrees up). If not all the equipment will display an error code.

SUMMER
Cooling only: Same situation for the configuration, if split are set to be cooling, they have to be 68 degrees down. All have to be in cooling mode. If not all the equipment will display the same error code mention above.

We provide all linens, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is thoroughly outfitted for a great cooking experience. Coffee creamers are in fridge, seasonings and oil are on our pantry shelf.

The cabin is perfect for those looking for serenity amongst nature.

Internet, Electricity, TV, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. **The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time.**

LIVING AREAS / HEARTH ROOM: Wood-burning stove, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, JBL home theater system, yoga mats, cushions.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffee maker, cooking utensils, crock-pot, cookware, flatware, hot water pot, juicer, ice maker, toaster, water filter, microwave, organic coffee/tea, breakfast bar w/ seating

OUTDOOR AREAS: 2 decks w/ outdoor seating, outdoor dining area, private yard,, hammocks (summer), fire pit (wood available upon request)

Guests - Booking this house is a consent and an agreement between the guest and the host that any incidents that may happen to the guests on or around the property because of their own carelessness, oversight or negligence will not be held liable against the owners. Since the owner is not on site, It is the guests own responsibility to take care of their belongings and themselves while using and staying in and around the property. Booking this house is a consent and agreement that the guests clearly understands and agrees to the liability clause stated in this paragraph.

There is a house rules and liability waiver that should be reviewed. While children are permitted with the parents discretion please note that this house is not child proof for stairs or cabinets. Cleaning supplies are not behind locked cabinets and fall hazards are possible for unattended children around stairs or deck. Climbing on any furniture can pose a risk. Parents should consider this like camping in terms of extra vigilance and do their own risk assessment. Please fell free to ask any questions you may have.

GENERAL: Keyless entry, central air conditioning & heating, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, hangers, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels, in-unit laundry machines (long term stays only), parking in driveway, exterior security camera (facing driveway)and entry.
